Please be advised that we highly recommend new patients to book their appointment via telephone at 305-810-9991. This ensures that your appointment time will allow the appropriate time frame needed for your consultation/treatment.

In respecting everyone’s valuable time, we require 24 hour notice when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you do not show or cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice you will be charged a $200 fee for medical appointment time. A $50 fee will apply for all follow up visits. Regarding appointments with our esthetician (laser/skincare), if a package or series was purchased one treatment will be removed for the package/series. If this option does not apply, a $50 fee will be charged.
